Man on the Oss is a lively, spicy ale made with barley, rye, noble hops, and a Belgian yeast strain in the traditional Wallonian farmhouse style. This session-strength version has a thirst-quenching acidity and a clean, dry finish. Named after the statue of Prince Albert locals refer to as “the man on the oss” in Wolverhampton city centre’s Queen Square, it is a Wulfrunian iteration of the classic Saison style.
The label art for Man on the Oss was created by Tomas Antona from the band Alice Donut, a favorite in the Sacre Brew brewhouse. His distinctive artwork adorns their albums and T-shirts, as well as branching out into the bathroom decor world. Please peruse his Shower Curtains for a Bold New Future
